I’ve been in the helping field for over 20 years, and I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life.

I arrived in the United States from Latvia as a teenager, so I understand what it’s like to rebuild a sense of home, identity, and belonging. I understand the pressure to succeed and the quiet strain of trying to hold onto who you are along the way. This perspective informs my work with clients facing change, uncertainty, and questions about who they want to become.
